Number of Servings: 6

    1/2 pound lean ground turkey
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup Green Bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp table salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    8 oz canned mushrooms
    1.5 cup white sauce
    6 medium potatoes
    1/4 tsp Tobasco sauce

    White Sauce:
    1.5 cup skim milk
    2 T butter
    2 T flour

Make white sauce (it replaces soup in any recipe):
Melt butter in sauce pan, whisk flour into butter and continue cooking until turns light brown and smells toasty. Add milk (heat in microwave first to speed up process) and continue stirring with whisk until it is bubbly and thickened.

Peel and slice 6 potatoes.
Saute onions and peppers in butter flavored cooking spray. Add turkey and cook through.
Place potatoes and turkey with onions and peppers in a baking dish. Add remaining ingredients.
Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
