Introduction

Mix all items together, except cheese. Spray a 9x9 cake pan with pam, then put meat mixture in pan and press in until about 2 in thick. Bake at 350 for 45 min. When taken out of the oven drain the grease out of the pan, then sprinkle the cheese on top. Let cool a bit, then cut into 9 servings. Each serving is about 3x3". Ingredients

    2 T Yellow mustard
    10 oz Rotel tomatoes
    Sm can Chopped green chilies
    1 lb Jimmy Dean sausage
    1 lb Ground Beef 90% lean
    Plain pork skins, run through food processor to make into fine crumbs.
    2 Lg eggs

Directions

Makes 9 3x3 inch servings. In the 9x9 pan make two cuts to end up with 9 squares of meatloaf services. Each serving is approx 2 in thick.
