Ingredients

    1 serving Baked Tostios (about 14 chips) crushed
    4 oz chicken, cubed
    2 Tbsp Kraft Original Light BBQ Sauce
    1/3 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp light Ranch or Light Three Cheese Ranch salad dressing
    3 oz salad mix (iceberg lettuce with carrots and cabbage)

Directions

In a skillet brown cubed chicken in a small amount of vegetable oil. Once browned, drain and then place chicken back in skillet and add BBQ sauce. Bring to small boil, then reduce heat to low all while stiring occasionally. In a medium bowl layer crushed chips, salad mix, cheese, and then add chicken with BBQ sauce. Top with Ranch dressing and serve. Enjoy!
