Ingredients

    * Cured Ham, 18 oz (remove)
    * Beans, navy, 4cup (remove)
    *170g carrots, diced
    * Onions, raw, diced, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    * Garlic, 3 tsp (remove)
    * *Better than Boullion Chicken Base, 8 tsp (remove)
    * Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)

Directions

Cook onion and carrots with cooking spray until tender, add garlic. Add water and chicken base. Add soaked beans and ham, simmer until beans are tender and soup has thickened. Makes 8 servings.
