    800g kidney beans
    100g bread crumbs
    2 tsp mild chilli powder
    1 egg
    2tbsp salsa
    One Bunch of Corriander


Makes 6 Burgers

-Heat the grill to high. Mash the beans up in a bowl.

-Add the breadcrumbs, chilli powder, the corriander stalks, half the leaves, the eggs and 2tbsp salsa.

-Season then mash it all together with a fork.

-Divide the mixture into 6, wet your hands and then shape the mixture into burgers.

-To cook, you can either grill for 4-5mins either side, or cook in an oven at 200C/Gas Mark 6/400F for 20mins.

You CAN store these for later by freezing.
