    pre-cooked chicken
    fajita seasoning
    pkg frozen stir fry vegetables
    bowl in the bag brown rice


I add a small amount of olive oil to a skillet. Add precooked chicken to skillet and stir in fajita seasoning(the amt of seasoning is per each family's taste) and warm thoroughly to let chicken absorb the seasoning . Then add your package of frozen vegetables and cover with lid. Stir often. In the meantime take a 2 qt. microwave safe bowl and make one envelope of the bagged microwave rice. Cook 10 minutes per pkg directions.
