Ingredients

1 small can Western Family pink salmon (213g)
1 stalk celery, diced fine
1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
1 small dill pickle chopped fine
a few squirts lemon juice (.25 oz)
2 Tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip Light
dill and ground black pepper to taste.
Directions
Sprinkle lemon juice, dill and black pepper over salmon in a medium size bowl. Mix to combine. Stir in Miracle Whip. Fold in chopped celery, onion and pickle. Serve on a bed of torn lettuce, garnish with avocado and tomato slices, or use as sandwich filling. Makes 3 servings.
