Easy and quick broiled Salmon with a slight bite from the cayenne pepper. Easy and quick broiled Salmon with a slight bite from the cayenne pepper.

    * *Salmon, Wild Pacific Salmon Skin-On, 9 oz (remove)
    * *365 Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * *Bella Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * *lydia's organic seasoning, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * *ground black pepper, 1 serving (remove)
    * *Cayenne Pepper, 1 tsp (remove)
    * *Aldi Minced Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)


Cover bottom of round flat bowl with EVO. Sprinkle on all spices, throw in the minced garlic and lay the salmon (skin up) in the oil. Let set in the frig until ready to broil.
Set on broiler pan with skin down and place rack in medium position in the stove. Let broil 12 - 15 minutes. Let sit 2-3 minutes. Easy recipe
