    1 lb. pork breakfast sausage
    1 1/3 c. milk (or enough to make nice gravy)
    1/4 flour


Brown pork in large skillet, add 1/4 c. flour and stir well until incorporated, add milk and cook until desired consistency. (The gravy will thicken the longer it's cooked.)
