Number of Servings: 4


    * Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    * Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup
    * Rice Dream soy milk, .25 cup
    * Sweetener, SweetLeaf, 4 packet
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    * *Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tsp
    * Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 12 oz
    * Naturade 100% Whey Protein (Vanilla), 1 serving
    * Kellogg's Low Fat Granola without Raisins Cereal, 0.25 cup (1 serving)


Combine yogurt, pumpkin pie spice, 1/8c rice milk, protein powder, and 3 sweetLeaf packets. Freeze for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

In saucepan, combine applesauce, diced banana, remaining 1/8c rice milk, 1 packet SweetLeaf and cinnamon to taste. Cook for a few minutes, until mixture starts to carmelize.

Scoop ice cream into a bowl, top with apple banana mixture and finish off with a bit of granola.
