Introduction

Whole foods make a great smoothie. Whole foods make a great smoothie.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 cup bok choy
    1.5 cups cider
1/2 cup or more of red grapes
    1 cup blueberries
2 small carrots, peeled and cut in chunks
1 cup peeled papaya in chunks

Directions

Makes 3 servings. I prepare the fruits and veggies and put them in my Montel Williams Healthmaster to create a smoothie and I get all the benefit of the whole foods. You can use spinach instead of bok choy and add other fruits, such as banana. I often add protein powder. Use a little stevia if you like it sweeter.
