Number of Servings: 6


    18 oz of lean groun turkey
    2 c elbow mac
    2 c LF shredded cheddar
    2 c diced tomatoes- canned
    1 c chopped onion
    1 tbsp oregano
    1 tbsp basil
    1tbsp ground cumin
    10.75 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
    Water (add if sauce is too thick)


Brown meat, add onion, tomatoes and spices. Cook for until onion is transparent. Add cream of mushroom soup. Add water to get the consistancy that you prefer. Add cooked macaroni.

Put mixture in a baking dish, top with cheese. Cook in preheated oven (350 degrees) until cheese is melted and bubbling.
