    1 skinless boneless Chicken Breast, cubed
    1 cup Tomato & Basil Spaghetti Sauce,
    1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers),
    .5 cup, chopped Onions
    2 oz Albertsons Rotini,
    1 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk,


Cook pasta according to package directions, leaving out the salt.

In a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray, cook chicken over medium heat for about five minutes. Add peppers and onions and cook another 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Drain pasta and add sauce to it, then mix pasta and sauce into chicken and vegetables in the skillet.

Top with shredded mozzarella, remove from heat and cover until cheese is melted, and serve.

Supposed to serve 2, our house this serves 3.
