    3 large tilapia
    Teriyaki sauce
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 lime & zest
    salt & pepper
    fresh thyme


Place tilapia in plastic bag and pour enough Teriyaki sauce just to cover.
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Place butter in glass pan and heat until browned (be sure it's brown). Turn temperature down to 400 and place fillets in pan to return to oven. Set timer for 10 minutes. Mix together lime juice and zest and strip thyme leaves into mixture. After the 10 minutes of cooking fish, carefully turn fillets. Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika over fillets and pour liquid mixture over all, basting also with the butter. Place pan back in oven for 5 more minutes. Serve on plates and baste with sauce in pan.
