    1 medium acorn squash-chopped into 2 inch squares.
    2 medium zucchinis cut into chunks.
    1 large red onion.
    Approx-21 regular mushrooms.
    4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
    1tsp-garlic powder, 1tsp oregano, dash salt, dash pepper.
    1tbsp lemon juice


In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil and all spices with a wisk. chop all other ingredients and place in a large zip lock bag then poor marinade and place in the fridge for at least one hour. Roast on low in a grill or on the BBQ for 30-45mins. Serve right away, they cool quickly.
