Ingredients

    1 cup Romaine Lettuce
    .5 cup Mixed Spring Salad
    1 Red Apple
    5-6 Baby Carrots

Directions

Juicing is healthy, and enjoyable using this recipe.

Lettuce & Greens mixed, (use enough to get 2-3 oz of green juice.
Then wash, remove seeds, and core the apple. Add it to the Juicer, and lastly add the carrots.

Fruits increase sugar levels, (so do carrots, and beets) so adding the green vegys to the drink helps to balance it out.
Make more or less as needed. Double the amounts if you want 8 oz of juice.
Experiment, by adding other vegys, or fruits to the drink.
