Filling and warming - a little goes a long way.. Filling and warming - a little goes a long way..
Number of Servings: 4


    240g butter beans ( 1 x 400g can drained)
    250g raw carrots
    1 tspn vegetable stock
    100 ml skimmed milk
    fresh dill


1) Chop carrots
2) Cover with water and boil until soft
3) Add butter beans, stock and dill
4) Continue simmering until all warmed through
5) Add milk
6) Serve
