    4 cans beans any kind
    14 oz turkey smoked sausage
    1 large green bell pepper
    .5 cup onion
    2 garlic cloves
    .5 cup packed brown sugar
    1 tsp worcester sauce
    1 Tbs prepared mustard or 1 tsp dry
    1-2 Cups ketchup
    Tobasco sauce or crushed red pepper to taste


Drain and rinse four cans of beans any kind
Brown sausage in a little oil for about five minutes
Chop onions, garlic, and green pepper
Mix all in the crock pot
cook on low 9-10 hours or high 4-5 hours
