    1.5 cups flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    .5 tsp salt
    9 tsp granulated sugar
    1 large egg
    2 small bananas
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1.5 cup nonfat milk
    1 tsp ground cinnamon


Mix all dry ingredients together in a small bowl. Mash bananas in large bowl and add all other ingredients. Add the dry ingredients into the wet and mix well. Heat a skillet or griddle on medium high heat. Spray with pam and scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto skillet/griddle and let cook 2-3 minutes until bubbly then flip. Cook additional 2 -3 minutes. Serve with fresh blueberries and lite syrup.
