Ingredients

    3 cups coarse chopped green bell pepper
    2 lb extra lean Italian bulk turkey or chicken sausage, cooked
    2 cans Hunts pasta sauce (zesty is best)
    1/2 cup parmasan cheese, grated
    2 cups cooked brown rice (instant is great)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and devide into two 9in casserole dishes or one 13x9 sprayed with Pam. Bake for 45 min until hot and bubbly at 400.
makes 8 servings
Note: I measure by putting ingredients evenly in pan(s) and cutting in to even portions sizes the easiest way is in two pans and cut into 4 portions
