    1/2 cup lowfat plain yogurt
    1 medium size fresh peach
    2 tsp. honey or other sweetner
    1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
    2 tsp. flaxseeds
    1 cup of ice


Drop ingredients in blender in order of recipe. Blend on low and increase to high quickly. Blend until smooth. Pour in glass and enjoy. Makes one serving
