    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    * *Ragu Sauce, 1 serving (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * *Trader Joe's Organic Polenta, 2 serving (remove)
    * *cheese (grated parmesean/romano), 1 serving (remove)
    put together in baking dish. bake at 350 for an hour and remove and eat


2 large chicken breasts
one jar of ragu sauce
1 c. raw chopped onion & 1t garlic if you like
spinach leaves [one cup]
put in covered baking dish. Top with 2 T cheese
bake one hour. serve
