    1 envelope LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry
    10.5 fl oz Milk, 1%
    20 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    2 cup White Rice, medium grain
    10.5 fl oz Water
    1 6.5 oz can of mushrooms, drained
    1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
    4 tbsp French Fried Onions


Preheat oven to 375*.
Mix cream of mushroom soup, a soup can worth of milk, a soup can worth of water, rice, drained mushrooms, and about half the envelope of onion soup mix in a large bowl. Pour into a greased large glass baking pan.
Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry. Season liberally with salt, pepper, and whatever other seasonings strike your fancy. Arrange the chicken on top of the rice. Sprinkle the remaining onion soup mix over the top of the chicken pieces.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake, covered, for 50-60 minutes. Remove cover, sprinkle the chicken pieces with french fried onions and cook uncovered 10-15 minutes more, or until chicken is cooked through.
Serving size is 3-4 oz. chicken, and 1/2 cup of rice.
