Ingredients

Whole Wheat Flour, 1 & 1/8 cup
Flour, white, 1 & 1/8 cup
Baking Soda, 1 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Coconut, sweetened, .25 cup
Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped
2 Egg whites
*Sucralose (like Splenda), .75 cup
Granulated Sugar, .75 cup
Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup
Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tsp
Pancake Syrup, 1 tbsp
Semisweet chocolate, 12 oz
Directions
Makes 28 rounded tablespoon (almost 2 tbsp each) cookies.
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix applesauce, sugar, splenda, syrup, & egg whites.
3. In seperate bowl mix both flours, baking soda and salt.
4. Mix flour mixture into mixture from step 1.
5. Mix in coconut, chocolate chips, & walnuts (mix with spoon, not mixer for this step.)
6. Drop rounded tablespoon servings of dough on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. (Leave in longer for harder, browned cookie.)
You can half the chocolate chips to make this lower cal & fat.
