    1/2 c tapioca flour
    1/2 c garbanzo bean flour
    1/2 c brown rice flour
    3 Tbsp flaxseed meal
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp nutmeg
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1 c pumpking puree
    1/4 c canola oil
    1/4 c applesauce
    1 c brown sugar (or 3/4 c aguave nectar)
    2 eggs


mix dry ingredients, blend well with remaining ingredients.
pour into greased or lined muffin tins.
bake at 350 for 20 -25 minutes until toothpick inserted into centre comes out clean.
