    7 Breakfast Sausage Links (Half Package of Johnsonville Breakfast Sausage Links)
    4 Eggs
    1 1/4 Cup Fat Free Half and Half
    1/4 Cup Diced Onion
    1 1/2 Cups Spinach (chopped finely)
    1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
    1 Pillsbury Pie Crust (thawed)


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. If not in already in a pan, place pie crust in a spring form pan or other shallow edged dish.
Cook sausages in a skillet until done. Chop up and set aside. Brown onions in remaining oil from sausages and set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat eggs and half and half until combined. Add pepper to taste.
Sprinkle the spinach in the bottom of the pie crust. Top with the sausage and onions. Sprinkle cheese over everything. Carefully pour the egg mixture over ingredients in the pie crust.
Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until the center of the quiche is set.
Makes 8 servings.
