    1/2 cup of Fromage Frais (I buy 0% fat from carrefour)
    1/4 cup dry oats
    1 cup mixed berries (whatever kind you'd like)
    1 tsp of agave syrop or a packet of stevia to sweeten

    * you can substitute fat free greek yoghurt or plain yoghurt in this as well.


Makes one serving. Top fromage frais with fruit and oats. Stir if you'd like and top with agave/stevia.
