    3/4 c flour
    1/3 c sugar
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/3 c milk 1%
    1 egg beaten
    3 tbsp peanut butter (light or natural)
    3/4 c packed brown sugar
    1/4 c cocoa powder
    1 c boiling water


In large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar and baking powder.
In separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg and peanut butter; stir into flour mixture.
Tun into greased 8-inch square glass baking dish.
In heatproof bowl, whisk brown sugar with cocoa powder; whisk in boiling water until smooth. Pour over cake; do not stir.
Bake in 350 degree oven until cake in firm to the touch, about 30 minutes. Let cool for 10 mins.
