    2 Tbsp. corn starch
    2 c. cooked brown rice
    2 c. nonfat milk
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. rolled oats
    1/4 c. honey
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 16 oz. can peaches, with juice
    1/4 c. chopped almonds
    3/4 c. shredded coconut


Mix rice and milk in a saucepan. Add cornstarch and stir well. Turn to medium heat and add spices and vanilla. Cook until thickened, then add rolled oates, honey and sugar. Add almonds and coconut. Once it is pretty thick, add peach juice, and stir. Add peaches, chopped into bite size peices, and stir again. Heat until thickened. Make s about 10 1/3 c. servings.
