    1 lb turkey sausage
    1 med. onion, chopped
    1-24oz jar pasta sauce
    1 bag Kraft 2% mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1-15oz container reduced-fat cottage cheese
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1 box uncooked Ronzoni Smart Taste Rotini


* Cook sausage and onion in skillet over med heat until sausage is no longer pink. Drain. Stir in pasta sauce.
* In separate bowl, mix 1 cup mozzarella, cottage, and parmesan cheeses.
* Spoon 1/4 sausage mixture into Crockpot, top with 1/3 uncooked rotini. Spread with half of cheese mixture and 1/4 sausage mixture. Continue layering: 1/3 rotini, 1/2 cheese, 1/4 sausage, 1/3 rotini, and 1/4 sausage.
* Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or until noodles are tender.
* Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top of cooked lasagna. Cover and let stand for 10 min or until cheese is melted.
