    cooked chicken cup up
    2 cans chicken gravy
    1 cup rice
    2 cups water
    4 T. margarine
    1 cup bread crumbs


use 2 qt. casserole. Cook rice per directions (20 min.) Layer 1 cup rice, about 1 cup chicken, 1 can gravy and repeat once. Melt margarine (or butter) and add the bread crumbs. Put on top of casserole. Bake at 350 for 30-35 mins. Good make ahead and freeze. Serves 6.
