    8 Chicken thighs, deboned and skin removed
    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    3 teaspoons Splenda
    3/4 cup Harris Teeter Hickory Barbeque sauce
    8 Nature's Own White Wheat Hamburger Buns
    3 teaspoons Crushed red Pepper Flakes (optional)
    2 tbsp each of onion powder & garlic powder
    1 tbsp of paprika


Remove skin off 8 chicken thighs and wash thoroughly. Boil for 30-45 minutes until no longer pink at the bones. Allow to cool and debone chicken thighs. In separate bowl combine all ingredients except crushed red pepper flakes. Mix chicken and mixture in a pot over medium heat . Stir to coat thoroughly. Add crushed read peppers flakes if wanted. Served on whole wheat buns. Makes 10 1/4-cup servings.
