Ingredients

    200 mls fresh squeezed orange -or other fruit juice
    30 g porridge oats with added oat bran and wheat bran
    approx. 3" of banana chopped
    15 g low fat plain yoghurt

Directions

Put all the ingredients into a blender and whizz.. This makes a filling start to the day. You can add other fruit or spices or ground nuts or whatever you feel like.
