Flavorful veggie dish - you can't go wrong with balsamic! Flavorful veggie dish - you can't go wrong with balsamic!
Number of Servings: 4


    1-1.5 lbs of fresh asparagus
    2 tsp olive or canola oil
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp white pepper
    3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar


Place asparagus in 13x9x2 baking dish.
Sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper; toss to coat.
Bake, uncovered, at 425 for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Drizzle with vinegar just before serving
