    2 tbls salted butter
    4 - 3 oz lean pork chops, boneless
    onion, 1 c chopped
    fresh rosemary
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 c balsamic vinegar
    3 tbls honey
    1 c chicken broth


heat cast iron skillet - med high
add butter
season chops (optional)
cook 5 minutes both sides
transfer to plate
sautee onions, rosemary,garlic 5 minutes
add vinegar, honey and chicken broth
add chops back in and coat with sauce.
