Number of Servings: 6


    2 Tbs. Canola Oil
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbs. Chili powder
    1 small can of kidney beans
    1 small can sauce
    1 cup water


Brown turkey and vegetables
Add kidney beans, chili powder, tomato sauce and water
Bring to a boil and let boil 5 minutes
Simmer 25 minutes, stirring often
