Number of Servings: 64

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp. of butter or margarine
    2 1/2 cups of sugar
    2/3 cup of evaporated milk
    1 cup white chocolate morsels
    7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
    3/4 cup canned pumpkin
    1 tsp. Watkins Pumpkin Pie spice
    1 tsp. Watkins double strength Vanilla extract

Directions

Line a 9 x 9 inch pan with foil. In a 3 quart saucepan, heat milk and sugar over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Mix in pumpkin puree and spice; bring back to a boil. Stir in marshmallow creme and butter. bring to a rolling boil. Cook for 18 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, add chocolate and vanilla extract. Stir until creamy and all chips are melted. Pour into prepared pan. Cool, remove from pan and cut into 1 inch squares.

Makes approximately 64 pieces.

  • My only changes are: 1) to add the whole bag of white chips instead of just 1 cup and 2) use fat free evaporated milk. It works just as well! Yummy fudge recipe! - 10/26/10
