Ingredients

    15 % lean ground beef, 16 oz
    Beans, pinto, 2 cup
    Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 3 tsp (remove)
    Water,, .5 cup
    Salsa, .5 cup
    Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup
    8 Mission 96% Fat Free "Heart Healthy" Whole Wheat Flour

Directions

Cook meat till done. Drain and run under very hot water to rid excess fat

cook rice and beans, Add to meat. Add water and taco seasoning. Simmer for about 10 min.

Spoon mixture into tortillas, top with salsa. Fold into a burrito.

Makes 8 servings, one burrito each
