    Chicken Broth 33% Less Sodium, 1.75 cup
    potato 1 cup cubed
    Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 12 fl oz
    instant mashed potato flakes, 1 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    Center Cut Bacon 4 slices
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    butter 1 Tbl
    cheddar cheese low fat 1/4 cup


cook bacon and crumble.
cook onions until soft, add broth & potatoes, cook until tender. Add milk & corn, bring just to boil, reduce heat to low. Add potato flakes bacon, pepper. Cook stirring for 5-8 min until creamy and slightly thick. stir in cheese and butter.
Add a little more broth if to thick.
