Ingredients

2 lbs lean Beef, visible fat removed, cut into strips
2 medium yellow onions, cut into strips
2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tsp Lea & Perrin's Worcestershire Sauce,
1 cup Sour Cream, (at room temp)
Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder, to taste
1 box (13.25 oz) Barilla Whole Grain Rotini
Directions
Trim and cut meat.
Place in nonstick skillet over medium heat and begin browning.
While it is browning cut up onion.
Put into pan with meat.
While they are cooking, wash and cut mushrooms.
Put into pan with meat and mushrooms.
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
Stir frequently.
Put large pot of water(4-6 quarts) on the stove over high heat and begin heating water.
When water is boiling follow directions on the pasta box to cook pasta.
As soon as you have added the pasta to the water, turn down meat mixture and add sour cream. Stir even more frequently.
Drain pasta when done, put into large bowl. Pour meat mixture over pasta, stir and serve.
