Banana bread for those who are allergic to eggs! Banana bread for those who are allergic to eggs!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1.5 cups whole wheat flour
    0.75 cups splenda or sugar
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp baking soda
    0.5 cups margarine
    4 overripe bananas, mashed

Directions

Mix vanilla, splenda and baking soda and add to margarine, mix until creamed. Add flour and mashed bananas and mix thoroughly. Pour into greased bread pan and cook at 375F for 60 mins.
