Number of Servings: 8


    3 cups Cornmeal
    1 cup Flour
    1 tsp. Salt
    2 tsp. Baking Powder
    1 Egg
    3/4 cups Milk
    2 tsp Sugar


Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place greased baking pan in oven to get hot. Mix all ingredients together, pour in pan, bake until golden brown.
