    Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (canned)
    Tofu, firm, 0.33 block
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 wedge (1/4 of medium tomato)
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp

    Spices to your liking


1) Put the can of rotel (including the water from the can), chopped onions and tomato in a frying pan. Let simmer on medium heat for about 5-7 minutes.
2) Cut tofu up into small blocks, drain and add to pan, stirring occasionally for another 5-7 minutes.
3) Add chili powder/other spices and let simmer for another 3-5 minutes.

Makes two servings.
