Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 Slices of Whole grain or Whole wheat bread
    3 oz of cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
    2 tsp of Mayo
    1 tsp Sweet Relish
    1/8 cup Shredded Cheese

Directions

1. Shred or dice chicken into pieces. Combine in a small bowl with Mayo and Sweet Relish.

2. Spoon onto one slice of bread. Sprinkle with Shredded Cheese. Top with Second Slice of bread.

3. Enjoy!

Cook's Tips:
Texture- For a nice crunchy version, go ahead and toast bread before hand.
