Ingredients

    1 Box Duncan Hines Spice Cake- mix only
    1 15 oz can 100% pumpkin
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 of a tub of Whipped topping (lite)

Directions

Mix the cake mix, pumpkin and water thoroughly with a mixer. Pour into a sprayed 9 X 13 baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 35 minutes, or until knife comes out clean. Cool, then frost with 1/2 tub of whipped topping.

If you use the whole tub of whipped topping, add 20 calories per 1/12 of the cake...or don't frost at all and take 20 calories off the calorie count. It is very moist!
