Ingredients

    2 1/2 lbs. beef, trimmed of fat and cut into 3/4" pieces
    15 1/2 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    15 1/2 oz can great northern beans, drained and rinsed
    2 (14 1/2 oz) cans diced tomatoes with garlic, undrained
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.

Cover. Cook on low 8-9 hours, or until beef is tender.

Serve in soup bowls as soup, or over rice.
