    2 lb boneless beef roast
    3 medium-sized onions, chopped
    2 cups red wine vinegar
    3 bay leaves
    1/4 tsp ground cloves
    1/2 tsp garlic powder


Cut roast in half. Place in slow cooker.

Combine onion, vinegar, bay leaves, cloves, and garlic powder. Pour over roast.

Cover. Cook on low 11-12 hours. Discard bay leaves.

Remove meat. Shred with a fork.

Serve on hamburger buns.
