Ingredients

    8 OZ. DREAMFIELDS ROTINI PASTA
    6 TBL. OLIVE OIL
    2 CLOVES GARLIC
    8 LG. RAW SHRIMP
    1/2 C. PARMESAN
    1 TSP. PARSLEY

Directions

1. BRING WATER TO BOIL AND COOK PASTA UNTIL ALDENTE.
2.HEAT OIL IN SKILLET OVER MED HEAT,SAUTE GARLIC FOR 5 MIN,TOSS IN THE SHRIMP AND COOK 5 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE. REMOVE SHRIMP & SET ASIDE,REMOVE GARLIC AND DISCARD.
3.POUR OIL OVER COOKED PASTA AND TOSS TO COAT,SPRINKLE IN THE CHEESE AND STIR,TOP WITH THE SHRIMP AND SERVE.
MAKES 4 SERVINGS(4 SHRIMP AND 4 OZ. COOKED PASTA)
