    14 oz. Hilshire Farms Turkey Polska Kielbasa, sliced
    6 Medium Russett Potatoes, Skin On and cubed
    1 medium Onion, chopped
    2 cups Bell Pepper, Chopped
    2 tbs Olive Oil
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    1 tbs Garlic Seasoning
    2 cups Kraft Fat Free Cheddar Cheese


Wash and scrub russett potatoes and cube with skin on. Set aside. Heat electric skillet to 250 . Cut Turkey Kielbasa into slices and add to skillet, browning just a bit. Add olive oil to skillet and add chopped onion. Stir to mix with kielbasa browning the onion a tad bit. Add potato and green pepper, salt and pepper, and garlic seasoning mixing to coat. Place on lid and let cook, turning it over to brown on all sides occasionally. When poatoes are fork tender, add cheese on top and cover until cheese melts. You can add other veggies to this also. It is a great one pot meal thats fast and easy. Dig in !
This serves about 6 people.
