    Chicken Breast, no skin, 32 ounces (remove)
    Water, 2 cups
    Garlic, 5 cloves (remove)
    Chili powder, 3 tbsp (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Onions, dehydrated flakes, 3 tbsp (remove)
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 2 cup (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned (drained), 1 can (12 oz) yields (remove)
    Bush's Pinto Beans (drained), 2 cup (remove)
    Hunt's Ketchup, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Neufchatel Cheese, 1 package (3 oz) (remove)


Cut chicken breasts into 3 inch chunks. Place in crockpot with all herbs and spices and 2 cups of water. Cook for 1.5 hours. Add drained corn, pinto beans, and diced tomatoes. Cook for 1 hour. Add ketchup and neufchatel cheese. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
